Half Pack quilts consist of five generous "half yard" cuts of fabric. Each pattern uses All of the half yard cuts to make the quilt top. Do not preshrink fabrics or you might not have enough fabric for the project. Cut very carefully as you will have very little waste. Grab an additional 1/2 yard of fabric for the binding and 3-3 1/2 yards of fabric for the backing. A twin size batting can be used for these quilts. Patterns have designs and instructions for assembly and YOU decide which color goes where and then start cutting!! When you buy the kit, you will choose a pattern for it. Any of these patterns will work with the Half Pack Quilt Kits and the pattern cost is inclulded in the price of the Half Pack Quilt Kit. There are eight (8) patterns and one bag/tote pattern.
